These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HookShore and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Eligibility and store use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, accounts, checkout, or other users of the site. If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase agreement on your own, a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult must make the purchase.

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials confidential. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Product information
HookShore aims to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging, measurements, or manufacturer or supplier imagery may occur. We may correct material errors when discovered.
Pricing and promotions
Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted. Promotions are subject to any conditions displayed with them and to applicable law. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item or order, and issue any applicable refund.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may review, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or other reasonable operational concerns. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, an applicable refund will be issued through the payment process used for the purchase.

Availability and fulfillment

Shipping

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages when fulfilled from different locations.
Cancellations
Contact support@hookshore.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once fulfillment or shipment has started, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility and refund handling are described on our Returns page. Do not send merchandise back without receiving the appropriate return instructions from HookShore.
Product use and safety
Fishing and outdoor products can include sharp hooks, tools, lines, weights, batteries, electronics, moving components, or other items that require careful handling. Follow product instructions, warnings, applicable laws, and safe-use practices. Keep hazardous or age-inappropriate products away from children.
No performance guarantee
Product descriptions may describe intended features or uses, but HookShore does not guarantee fishing results, catch rates, or specific performance outcomes. Conditions, technique, maintenance, environment, and other factors can affect results.
Intellectual property
HookShore branding, original site content, and original creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission except where applicable law allows otherwise. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, or other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside HookShore’s direct control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing on the site is professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
